Please complete this application for the opportunity for your youth hockey rink, program or organization to receive a Growth and Renovation grant sponsored by the Utah Hockey Club and its partnership with the NHL and NHLPA. The funds are to be used for improving the space of where hockey is played, the experience for new and established hockey players, coaching or officiating development or any off-ice programming.

All Grant Recipients Will Receive:

• Utah Hockey Club branding opportunties in your facility including lobby signage and/or dasher boards


• Utah Hockey Club partnership opportunities with jersey patches or helmet stickers


• Organization night at a Utah Hockey Club game


• Intermission skate at designated game for the 2025-26 season


• Rink or organization's exposure on our youth hockey website

By submitting an application, you are agreeing to:

• Share all data collected through the grant's efforts with Utah Hockey Club


• Submit end of season report of grant's direct impact and outcome

All applications are due on May 31, 2025

Amount awarded will be communicated on or before June 13, with the funds being distributed by June 30 for the 2025-2026 season.
